My old Google Nest would change the temperature on a seeming technological whim. Sometimes, all you had to do was stand in front of it for it to "remember" what temperature it was supposed to be and start working. In the South Arkansas heat, that was horrible...especially when I would wake up during the night when it was supposed to be 71 and it was 77 or 78 in the house. Unfortunately a Lemon.
The thermostat already needed replacement. I have had numerous Honeywell products in the past and looked forward to trying one that had WiFi connectivity but as of 8/12/26, it stopped working. Only a few months after I actually had it installed. There was also a great deal of difficulty connecting to the app and ensuring I had the right one and right account when I set it up. I currently installed a standard model without WiFi or app support just to ensure that my house could cool.

We purchased this for a home where my elderly mom resides . It has large numbers and is easy to use . It replaced a similar product that lasted about 50 years.

Not Disappointed
My good friend has 5 of these in his "Mansion" and recommended it to me. My house only needs one and we really like it. Could be psychological, but it seems to be more consistent at holding the set temperature, than our 20 year old thermostat did. I like the convenience of the app to control the temp while we're away.

Love this thermostat
I love this thermostat! Very easy to use. With it's auto changeover feature you can actually set it once for both heating and cooling and forget it. Temporary and/or permanent override is accomplished with a few simple touches of the screen. Best thermostat I have ever owned!

Beautiful, but not well functioning
Beautiful looking, but does not work with Alexa or other cloud platforms very well. It was so bad. I had to return it and get a different thermostat even though I really wanted to like it. The app you use with it is garbage also sad to say. He would think a company this big could put a better app and online functionality into their product.

Skip this one...
This thermostat does not work very well. Even tho I deleted all schedules, it keeps reverting to some schedule that doesnt show up in the app. It keeps changing the temperature according to a non existant schedule. Even a permanent hold doesnt help. If you like getting a surprise on whether it will be hot or cold, this ones for you! Skip this one, probably skip this brand for another.
