The “process of getting an account in the correct Residio domain was anything but easy. The link I was provided while installing was for other Residio products (?). I think I had to manually go to a different website and open an account. The app itself works fairly easily even from a remote location. The only problem is when I make a change to either a schedule entry or just the temperature setting and press save, the display it goes back to does not reflect the change until I go somewhere els...

Install instructions not good for heat pump.
Good, but installation instructions are lacking. I have heat pump with aux and emergency heat, instructions don’t tell what to do with extra wire. Had to call in for help. Will not know until next winter if their instructions were correct.

Replacement for old one that installer broke while doing other work. Disappointed in the scheduling features that were removed from older model

Damage control is needed
The package was delivered torn apart with the top missing and the box was smashed. I didn’t bother to take it out to see what the inside was like.

Large numbers so I can read from across the room. I love that. Plus the ease of using the app to adjust the temperature from others rooms or when away from the house. The thermostat responds quickly to all adjustments.

Disappointing
Terrible product - completely outdated interface, app, and website. Looked like it was made last century. Clunky and difficult to manage. Didn't have simple functions on the device itself. Didn't work with matter or Apple tech. We sent it back.

Honeywell website very slow to update password and difficulty connecting with Alexa. Owned one previously at another home but this one not so excited about.

The light never shuts off, it's very basic, comparable to my Nest. Do paid I had to pay for it, should've been free from SCE.
