1Since we installed our new wifi smart color thermostat. I worry less about keeping the temp constant and comfortable for all of us in the house. I love the gave that i receive emails when there's issues so I can quickly review the system sheet I'm home or away.. Best thing I've ever installed in my home! Only had a month and sensor is faulty.
I had a Honeywell prior to this that was great. This should not have a sensor issue after only using one month. I will contact manufacturer to seek replacement. To be continued…..

C-wire Blues
Could not get it to work. Don't have a C-wire but tried several alternatives, including a C-wire power supply. Some functions would work (e.g. fan control), but heat and cool would not work. Finally gave up and returned it. The thermostat also had very limited scheduling option - only 4 on-off times a day. I need at least six and the names on the schedule cannot be changed. Too simplistic for a premium (and expensive) thermostat. As I said, I gave up and went back to the Z-wave thermostat this...

Smart Purchase for a Summer Home
I live in Florida and we have had a smart thermostat at home for several years. Love the smart thermostat
Purchased 2 of these a year ago for our shore house. I had an HVAC guy install them as I was a little uncomfortable doing it myself. It took him only a few minutes for each one. They are certainly an upgrade over the builder provided thermostats. They are nice and I can control them with the app remotely. I was going to purchase the Nest units, but my system uses Honeywell controls already so, they recommend I stay with the same brand.

This thermostat has all the features I was looking for and some extras too. We did a DIY installation and it went very smoothly. The app works well and It is easy to view and operate at the unit as well. It gives both inside and outside temp with humidity which helps to decide how to adjust the climate control.
