Lowes = low customer service

We purchased from Lowes as it is pretty much the only place in our area for a large selection of appliances. We purchased a 2200$ refrigerator around May 12. The first delivery people would not deliver as our driveway trees were “too low”. Wasted $1,000 on a fridge that doesn't seal shut

We spent $1,000 on a piece of junk from a company that does not care about quality of its products or customer experience. Awful experience with this Hisense model. The fridge and freezer door will not seal shut and ice constantly builds up on the side of the freezer. The freezer light does not work and I'm told you will not fix it. It was a terrible experience beginning with the delivery when the refrigerator fell off the truck into the street. When I was looking for a new refrigerator, I knew that I wanted the refrigerator on top and freezer on the bottom. I love how much more space I have in the refrigerator part.
