Lights wont stay on.
Was installed in a temporary spots. The lights stay on for 10 minutes and then shut off. When you open the doors the lights wont turn back on. They only time the lights come on is when I unplug the fridge.

Measurements aren't completely Accurate
The height is not 70" as shown. It has wheels and that adds 1/4" which there's no way of knowing until you have to hire someone to make it fit after ordering a high specific fridge.

Delivery issues
First delivery attempt was aborted due to them not giving us time to locate the water shut off. Rescheduled for two days later and at first they were not going to deliver because they said the sidewalk was too icy. We cleared out the garage so they had an interior path. Once inside they bent my lock on my door and my security system box on the wall was broke. Then found dents in my refridgerator and a scratch on the front door. Horrible - Avoid Hisense and shame on Lowe's
Not worth the hassle. First it was delivered with a defect in the freezer door. Lowe's was great and replaced it. But then the new one's freezer stopped working after about 5 days. Then Lowe's washed their hands of it since it had been over 48 hours, and I even bought the extended warranty. They said I had to contact the company which was super frustrating. The company then did not send out anyone to diagnose it but rather ordered parts and the repair company they contracted out took weeks...
