Unit Not Working Optimally
I noticed the freezer light did not come on when I opened it for some ice saw that there was a lot of white ice on the tray that you pull out. Items in the freezer were not fully frozen. I thought it might be a fluke but the next day, the refrigerator was not cooling as it should either. Then we noticed water on the floor. We are calling warranty service today.

I have wanted a French door fridge for a while and when ours broke, I knew this was a great chance to get one and it was on sale. The fridge itself is great BUT the door with the flap sags. BEWARE - This fridge will runin your floor!
Fridge left 2 big scrapes on each side in our maple hardwood floors when the installers pushed it back in position. I doubt it was the installers, more of a design problem. Hard to tell if it is the front or rear wheels, I am too scared to pull it back out to check. Otherwise fridge seems great. Not happy, will cost a fortune to get floors refinished.!!
