Does what its Supposed To Do
This Hisense refrigerator is great for people who want a refrigerator without having to use an app to control it. I also didn't want an ice maker and the bottom freezer is a plus. Delivery was efficient as always with Lowes.

The salesman was nice and was willing to help us out. He helped us out whenever he could. The delivery duo was really nice and helpful. They were really fast. Our old refrigerator was really heavy. I felt sorry for them. But they got it hauled off. Thank you for you great customer service.

Just got the new fridge in. It is a great size for a two person household. Upon it cooling down when first getting plugged in, the sides of the fridge were BURNING hot. After it got down to temp it went back to a normal warm temperature that you would expect with a fridge. I checked with Hisense before ordering that they had a certified technician in the area. Shelves are too flimsy
This fridge would be great, but the glass used for the shelves is way too thin, and the shelves bend with as little as 4 or 5 pounds on them. This fridge cannot hold a watermelon or two dozen plastic bottled waters, for example, severely limiting it's usefulness. It's too late to return, but I wish I'd read the negative reviews sooner.
Dead on Arrival
Unit was dead on arrival. Turns on but does not cool. I double checked to make sure it wasn't on Demo mode or another mode where the Compressor wasn't activated, nothing. Left it unplugged for the whole night, plugged it back in the next morning. Came home 10 hours later, still room temp. That was two days ago. Today, it's still room temp. Needs to be full to retain temp
Purchased this a few months ago. My kitchen requires a counter-depth, black stainless fridge and there's not many options. The first week was a little rough, the temp bounced up to 40 somewhat regularly (I keep a bluetooth sensor in the fridge). The layout of this 17.2-cu in /32 in wide fridge has as much space as a 19-21-cu in or 36 wide fridge. Compare this to a larger one at Lowes and you'll see what I mean. Both the fridge and freezer feel huge for true counter depth. It cooled down fast and is whisper silent. Also, I'm gonna use it for while without the handles attached - for an ultra clean modern look. It's easy to open the door and drawer from the side, top, or bottom. The only downside is the spacing of the main glass shelves...

Arrived damaged
Lowe’s delivery people found a giant dent on the bottom of this fridge before they even brought it in the house. I tried to refuse delivery, but their boss called me and offered me $150 refund for the damage. So I took it. Love the fridge otherwise but it seems like this is a common occurrence with this appliance and maybe they should try to find a way to avoid it in the future. Better packaging, handling, etc.
