I noticed the freezer light did not come on when I opened it for some ice saw that there was a lot of white ice on the tray that you pull out. Items in the freezer were not fully frozen. I thought it might be a fluke but the next day, the refrigerator was not cooling as it should either. Then we noticed water on the floor. We are calling warranty service today.

I have wanted a French door fridge for a while and when ours broke, I knew this was a great chance to get one and it was on sale. The fridge itself is great BUT the door with the flap sags. Noisy
Good at cooling but has been plagued with rattling noise from freezer area. Hisense does not make it easy to get service. You have to go through all kinds of phone menus to speak to a real person and try solutions they suggest. When I did get service I had to wait for a part. When the part came in and was installed the noise persisted even before the technician left. Problem still persist and warranty is almost up. I wouldn’t recommend.

I wouldn't purchase any appliance from Lowe's because when there is an issue, there is no resolution. The installers were great. Very professional. The issue was the product was defective and we didn't notice it until the next day. Lowe's sent out a team to check on it and said they would place an order to replace it. That never happened. I called Lowe's again to be told that well if only the refrigerator door needs to be replaced call the Hisense, the manufacture. Hisense is horrible. Never buy...

ice maker
it takes 6 to 7 days for the ice bin to fill. also has a bad design. when you pull the drawer out, the ice maker knocks ice into the back of the ice box.
