I noticed the freezer light did not come on when I opened it for some ice saw that there was a lot of white ice on the tray that you pull out. Items in the freezer were not fully frozen. I thought it might be a fluke but the next day, the refrigerator was not cooling as it should either. Then we noticed water on the floor. We are calling warranty service today.

Freezer quit working within a week of installation. Called Hisense and they opened case but would do nothing more until we sent them a photo of actual receipt. After we did that,waited a week to get an email from Pro "tech support" saying they were waiting for parts (yet they never even came to inspect - so must be a known defect). Replacement Refrigerator
Our new fridge was delivered today. I love it. The delivery guys very polite and professional and had it installed in a matter of minutes. I am very pleased with this delivery and product.
Noisy
Good at cooling but has been plagued with rattling noise from freezer area. Hisense does not make it easy to get service. You have to go through all kinds of phone menus to speak to a real person and try solutions they suggest. When I did get service I had to wait for a part. When the part came in and was installed the noise persisted even before the technician left. Problem still persist and warranty is almost up. I wouldn’t recommend.
