it broke within a month of me having it. destroying every single grocery I had in it. threw away about 500 dollars worth of food. called support and they told me they'd send someone in a week. I broke my back and saved up 1600 dollars to try and make my life better tried to get somthing nice somthing expensive thinking it was quality. it wasn't they made me regret getting somthing new and I'll never buy anything from them again.

It's an OK product. The good...its pretty. Large enough for us. Easy to open freezer and it keeps ice cream hard. The bad...ice maker can not keep up with a family of 5 in the summer heat. Water dispenser inside is slow which allows the fridge to heat up inside and start beeping at you by the time your glass is full. I would like to leave an actual review… But I can’t see as the delivery men refused to remove the doors from the fridge to get the unit into my house. They proceeded to measure the doorway with a measuring tape held crooked and tell me it would fit. This is the second fridge purchased in 6 years from Lowe’s. I know for a fact it is 2” too wide to fit. It is now located on my front porch, I have no clue if it works or not.

After four terrible experiences with Lowe’s, I’m finally done.
