Lacking quality and attention to detail

I purchased this fridge on December 26, 2024. It was delivered the next day. Delivery men did a great job with installation. There was no flaws or defects on the exterior of the fridge. After the delivery man left, I started removing all the tape in plastic from the inside of the fridge, shelves and drawers. That is when I found defects in workmanship. Very quiet, cools quick

Purchased 12/2024. We were pulled in by great sale and now most grateful that we did. Refrigerator cools efficiently, and so quietly that you can't hear it unless you are right up against it. Hated flat finish at first as it smudges with near every touch BUT wipes instantly clean where as other stainless steel are nearly impossible to clean. Honeymoon is OVER!

Initially, everything was great with this product. But in after just under a year, the entire sealed cooling system failed. But, I thought, it has a 2-year warranty, - yea! But, Hisense customer care policy is poor at best. We're now going on over a week with a non-working product and we've just been informed that the technician won't reach out to schedule an attempted fix for 24-48 hours, but they mean "business hours"... so 24-48 hours means we won't see or hear from anyone for 5-6 working...

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been waiting 2 weeks to fix the door on a firdge I bought 1 month ago. I keep getting the run around from Customer Srervice. I still do not have an appointment with whoever services this product in Calgary. No customer service = no stars.

Good while it lasted (sort of)

We liked the size of this fridge and the abundance of ice. The top icemaker would freeze up every couple of months and someone had to use a wooden spoon to dislodge the ice that was stuck. We have had this fridge for 2 years and 11 months. The freezer stopped working and we had to throw everything out. That’s about 10 days ago. Today it started working again. The warranty expired. I don’t think you can own appliances anymore. It feels like we just rent them.

Beautiful Appliance

My Hisense Refrigerator was delivered today and so far everything is going pretty well with it and so far is the only reason why I have only given it 4-stars. My only complaint is not about the fridge but about the fact that Lowe's did not deliver or install in my area so that was an inconvenience. So far I have had this fridge for a little less than a week. It's beautiful!! Lots of lighting and storage on the inside and the finger print resistance on the exterior is awesome!! Great Price and a Lot of good features BUT

I had seen Hisense televisions at a consumer show and was quite impressed. While in the market for a fridge I decided I'd give them a try. Overall, it was a really nice fridge and cheaper than many competitors. I loved having a big bin of ice I scooped out for filling large cups, hydration packs, and coolers. The door dispenser seemed a little slow dropping ice. The inner storage drawers could have been designed better, as you need to open both outer doors to full open both smaller drawers....

do not shop at Lowes. insane customer service.

this product did not work at all. it was the holiday weekend I got it delivered so I came home for the delivery. The guy put it in my house and plugged it right in. i went back out of town after the delivery and came back 3 days later and the fridge did not work at all.
