Hisense 21.6-cu ft 4-Door French Door Refrigerator, Gas Freestanding Range in Stainless Steel, Third Rack Dishwasher

1, 2, 3 failed units in ONE YEAR ... We Tried!

We were so jazzed about this refrigerator because of the flex space. We have a stand-alone freezer in our garage and lots of condiments, so this seemed to be the perfect choice for our family. Getting an ice maker was a significant upgrade for us! So exciting. At first she ran well, then, after 3 months, the ice maker started making splashing noises and ultimately stopped producing ice. Still in warranty so called Hisense. Their support was great; they sent a local repair person who spoke with a...

Just a Pain

After my experience with this fridge, I have vowed to never buy a Hisense product again. As little as it makes a difference. The fridge died just over a month in. Lowe’s is unable to take any returns unless it has an RMA from the company. Called Hisense and they refused and wanted to repair which was fine. Sent a technician with a part he said was irrelevant to the problem. I told Hisense at this point that I didn’t exactly have faith in their product and wanted to return it. They absolutely ref...

May 20, 2022: Ordered Hisense 21.6 cu ft 4-Door Counter-depth French Door Refrigerator. Delivered this refrigerator #1 a few days later. Upon delivery, the control panel was hanging down and they substituted it for another unit on their truck (#2). Within a few weeks, #2 water line to the ice maker broke and froze the ceiling above the ice maker causing the ceiling to warp and the ice maker to hang down making it impossible to remove the ice bin. Hisense issued a return authorization and refer...

Best Looking Refrigerator

We have been looking for a new refrigerator and there are so many options out there, however after some research we decided to go with the Hisense brand and came across with an attractive offer at our local Lowe's . We decided to go with Hisense 21.6-cu ft 4-Door Counter-Depth French Door Refrigerator with Ice Maker (model: HRQ215N6BVD). My wife and I really liked the way this fridge looks: it is modern and has a good design outside as well as inside. I believe this refrigerator compares favorab...

Don't let the cubic feet fool you. What you may think it lacks in cubic feet it makes up for in organization and usable space. I am so serious, you can see EVERYTHING in this fridge and there is a spot for everything. Although Hisense is known as budget conscious, I don't think there is anything cheap about this fridge. All the shelving and drawers are absolutely high end and high quality. It's really easy to set the temps to your liking and it's QUIET! It's really ergonomic for tall people bu...

SuperCool — Your New Best Friend Forever

The wife said it got rave reviews, so we bought this fridge sight unseen. Four doors, white, counter depth, no water dispenser/filter, and price, we loved everything about it — until we didn’t. After struggling for weeks with our old fridge, we had four digital thermometers, one for each shelf and the freezer. With the thermostat set on 39, we quickly noticed unevenness in the Hisense temps, from 53 on the top shelf to 42 on the bottom. We called the number on the front of the owner’s manual, la...

Doesn't work

We bought this fridge on 12/17, plugged it in on 12/18 after the 24 hr waiting period. It turns on but the fan doesn't work, making the cooling function obsolete. The refrigerator doesn't not work. Called the company, numerous times. We are still waiting for a service technician. All I want to do is return the faulty product but they are refusing a refund. I lost over $400 in groceries. I have a toddler and a newborn. Not having a fridge work that we just spent $2000 on is unacceptable. I will ...

I’m in love with this fridge!

I really am enjoying this Hisense 21.6 cubic ft 4 door refrigerator! It is supper spacious inside and I love the customizable bottom left compartment! You can use it as a fridge or freezer with a simple press of a button. I love the ice maker because it’s not the same old ice shape and makes drinks super cold, and they last longer than other ice cubes from my other ice makers I’ve had. The drawers slide in and our super easily and I love how the fridge doors can hold up to 2 full gallons of milk...

It's truly worth the investment!

I have been looking for a 4-door refrigerator and decided to give Hisense a try when this model was on sale for $1,599. I placed the order in the morning of 02/02 and it was delivered the very next day before 9 am! This purchase exceeded all my expectations. I am thoroughly impressed with this appliance and would like to give it a five-star review. One of the most remarkable features of this Hisense refrigerator is how quiet it runs. Compared to the 3 fridges I owned (LG, Whirlpool, and Frigida...
