I renovated my whole kitchen and needed just the right refrigerator for the new look. This one was perfect, just the right size, pocket handles, everything. I love how it looks in my kitchen. Hinge failure is a known issue-Caution!!!!!!!

We purchased this style fridge in 2021 and we are on our second set of replacement door hinges that were supposed to "resolve" the issue. Multiple Issues... Multiple Times

I'm nearing the 2 year mark for this fridge. One month after we bought it the icemaker stopped working. Also, occasionally the water dispenser would stick on! Worst purchase ever

I received this product on Saturday, 10/28/22. The delivery process was fine. The refrigerator appeared to work ok. On Monday, I noticed that the new milk that was purchased on Saturday had gone bad. I blamed the milk. On Wednesday I noticed that the recently purchased yogurt had gone bad. I then got a thermometer and checked the temperature in the refrigerator. Compression died 10 months after we purchased it

We purchased this frig at the Lowe's in Plattsburgh NY. Since we live in Port Henry NY the closest company that services this frig is in Utica NY (2 hrs and 45 mins from Port Henry one way). Hisense Refrigerator is just as good as the TV's!!

Purchased on Monday evening Sept 30th 2024, and was delivered Wednesday Oct 2nd. Note- I am replacing a 15 year old KitchenAid. I was drawn to Hisense due to warranty.
