Lowes = low customer service

We purchased from Lowes as it is pretty much the only place in our area for a large selection of appliances. We purchased a 2200$ refrigerator around May 12. The first delivery people would not deliver as our driveway trees were “too low”. I wanted a bottom freezer for years. Finally got this in 2020. Looks nice, works well...until it doesn't. 6 months after I got it, it crapped out. Took another 6 months to get the part, meanwhile fridge was 40 degrees. Under warranty so I stuck it out. Lowes did not back their product. Wasted $1,000 on a fridge that doesn't seal shut

We spent $1,000 on a piece of junk from a company that does not care about quality of its products or customer experience. Awful experience with this Hisense model. The fridge and freezer door will not seal shut and ice constantly builds up on the side of the freezer.
