The first delivery people would not deliver as our driveway trees were “too low”. Wasted $1,000 on a fridge that doesn't seal shut

We spent $1,000 on a piece of junk from a company that does not care about quality of its products or customer experience. Awful experience with this Hisense model. The fridge and freezer door will not seal shut and ice constantly builds up on the side of the freezer. Very poor product not a good product

I do not like the product. The door seems broke on it. It swings open and no nothing to hold the night or nothing. The legs on her very short get no response from Lowe’s not very happy about the product and those refuses to do anything.

When I was looking for a new refrigerator, I knew that I wanted the refrigerator on top and freezer on the bottom. I love how much more space I have in the refrigerator part. Approximately nine months after purchase, the refrigerator began experiencing issues. The freezer gradually stopped cooling properly, and over time, frozen food items became soft and unusable. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order this fridge. It does NOT cool properly and spoils food rapidly. It freezes the lettuce and then spoils milk. I will have to get a brand new fridge in order to have food or wait for Hisense to come fix. Either way I don’t want this fridge in my life anymore and am out all the money.
