I’ve bought 3 of these at the local Lowe’s and they are on quite a bit. I’ve owned 2 for almost a year with no issues. The third one doesn’t have any major issues it just smells funny. I bought this ceiling fan in a rush. I knew I wanted LED light so when I saw this one I thought it was nice enough for the small room i would put it in. The light is white and really bright like I like it. I love the gray white wash color of the blades and the speed of the blades. WARNING! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS FAN!!!

I have two of these fans. The LED's have the same issue. They work fine for a while, then they start flickering and go dim... Like "worthless as a light" dim! I've had Harbor Breeze send me two replacement light kits, same issue, work fine for a while then they don't. Just got off the phone with customer service and they will not send me another replacement since it's been over a year. Motor is very Noisy!

I wanted to like this ceiling fan, it looks nice it is very bright, it cools adequately. It's one of the easiest ceilings fans to assembly, I liked the top mount blade attachment. My biggest stopping point was the motor hums, loudly. I thought it was a fluke. So, I bought another one and swapped the motor out. It was louder! I could hear the ceiling fan from two rooms over. Poor electrical connections

Install was easy enough, and the light would come on, however the fan did not work. I'd get a small humming noise with no movement at all. I went through a variety of troubleshooting steps mostly checking the wiring, unhooking the black and blue wires independently and going over the install guide, googling etc. Took me about an hour and letting light dangle by the 9-pin connector to get some sparks and intermittent fan motion to figure out one of the wires to one of the pins wasn't seated prope...

Here's some of the deal breaker features

1.) The downrod is MANDATORY. You cannot flush mount this. You are looking at almost 10 inch from the blade to the ceiling. If you have low ceiling, I would not get this. 2.) The light color is warm white or yellow, you may or may not like that color. 3.) The nonreplaceable LED light. If it dies, you're stuck with a fan that has a nonfunctional light. 4.) The Hum. Very disappointed with this one, that was the reason I replaced the older fan because of the annoying motor hum, this one had it too....

Stuck with NO light

We just bought our very first home and were very excited to buy the best fans I decided to buy this... I was so wrong! ugh! Replacement Light is $50

Don’t buy this light fixture. After 2 years my bulb blew out & I barely use it. Called customer service today to get a replacement bulb since they steht sold in the store. The replacement kit is $20 but the shipping is $28 plus tax. The total to replace the led light kit is $50.59. That’s outrageous to replace a bulb. I’ll just throw this ceiling fan in the trash & buy a regular ceiling fan. Please don’t waste your money.

Good Fan for the price

installed in s study, boy is this thing bright, particularly at NIGHT! Will be installed and LED dimmer switch to tone it down a bit. Easy to install, you have to use the down rod, there is no option for "close to ceiling" but it hangs just about a foot down once installed so even in 8' ceiling rooms, it does ok.. The motor is not brush-less, so there is a little HUMMMM when on, mostly noted at high speed. Puts out plenty of air movement, especially on high, 3600 CFM or so.. I like the fan, ...

Not easily replaceable

Had reservations with this one. I knew the ring light was proprietary and not easily replaceable as switching out regular bulbs. Took the risk and bought it, LED lights were rated long life anyway. Well 2.5 months later it's broken, light doesn't turn on. And nope, I can't just run out and buy a bulb. Regretting my purchase and WILL NOT recommend unless you want to be stuck with pricey propriety light replacements, and who knows how long that replacement will be supported in the product life tim...
