What Customers Are Saying
The ceiling fan provides strong air circulation and a quiet, attractive design. Many users praise its powerful airflow and quality construction. However, some report issues with the dim LED lights and limited remote control settings. A small number also experienced durability problems over time. Overall, the fan appears to be a reliable, high-performance cooling solution for large rooms.

Just another victim of designed obsolescence! I’ve had this fan for about 3 years and it started making a loud hum at about 2. The buttons on the controller don’t click when you press them and the speeds don’t work properly anymore. #2 is the highest speed now and 1 and 3 are about the same low speed and both hum extra loud. It is such a shame because it’s such a beautiful fan and I can’t find any thing else like it and it really ticks me off to have to find a different style. Boo hoo!! Defini...
Bought 3. Only lasted 3 years.
We bought three of these fans when we moved into our house. two of them have failing lights and two of them are horrendously loud when the fan is on. they are only 3 years old and have had light use. wouldn't recommend.

Clicking Noise - resolved
This is a nice looking fan and we really like the look of the carved blades. We typically use the fan all night long on low and were hearing a fairly constant clicking noise, so we returned the fan for another of the same model. After a couple of weeks, the new fan started clicking as well. After inspecting the fan, I realized the clicking was coming from the swivel ball hanger (ceiling mount). The metal painted ball and the ceiling mounted hanger bracket were essentially "sticky", probabl...

Attractive Fan, Some Caveats, Obsolete Remote Tech
The fan looks really nice especially the stained wood blades. I purchased two of these and installed them on 12 foot ceilings - installation is pretty easy and it's well made. A few notes: The "oil-rubbed bronze" is really just black with some painted trim. I bought a black 24" and 18" downrod from Lowes and not the rubbed bronze one and the black looks great. If you buy an extension rod the ones Lowes sell are threaded on one end, and the 6" rod it comes with is not threaded on either end. ...

Thank you for like this fan model.

Was apprehensive because of reviews, but happy end
My wife and I saw this model at Lowe's while shopping for an updated living room ceiling fan yesterday. We liked the look and it was the 60" we wanted. I went online in the store and read reviews, which didn't sound good. We figured that we would give it a shot since Lowe's is good about returns. Thankfully I can say that we're happy with the purchase. The fan looks great in our home and is remote control (yay, no more pull cord hanging down!). Our living room blends into the kitchen and even s...

What a beautiful shoddy fan
We ordered 2 of this fan after seeing it at our local store since it wasn't immediately in stock. It looks fantastic and has been nothing but trouble. One of our first set of fans arrived visibly damaged and the other made a grinding/clicking noise as soon as it was turned on. Customer service was very helpful, and we arranged a return for the first fans and reordered 2 more. Those were installed with no problems. The fan motors were a little louder than I would prefer, but not too bad. Af...

Sorry for the incident on the noise and vibration issues. We will check the root cause of it.

Clicking noise in motor
Same as the "Avoid this fan" titled review. Had two of these fans. 9 months after the installation in the 2 or 3 setting, a loud clicking would occur. Unfortunate because this us the setting we use when we sleep. I tried reversing the motor direction a few times, tried swapping blade locations, tried opening the motor assembly to fix the clicking noise. Nothing helped. I returned the 1st one. I took the second fan out of the guest bedroom and installed it in our master. Within 6 or so months th...

Sprry for the inicident of the motor noise, it would be the part loosing in the motor. We will check the root cause of it.

Horrible grinding sound
I purchased this fan in 2021 and due to some life changes it has remained in the box until today. Install was uncomplicated. I really liked the appearance. Install complete, it makes a horrible noise. So disappointed because I know how Lowes is with receipts. Other than the tape being cut on the box, this is a brand new fan. Probably just go to the garbage. I'm hoping walking it back into the store 3 years later in the box may warrant some type of service. A video would speak volumes but can't...

Third time not the charm
We have a history with this model that dates back about 6 years. Our 1st would get 5+ stars, the 2nd would get a 3-4 stars. We first bought this fan several years ago. It was a perfect fan then. The remote was great- 6 speeds for the fan plus a variable speed that would make it work like a breeze. Only thing we wished for was a second remote. When we moved we bought this fan again. The installation had changed and the remote was more simple, not as many bells and whistles but the fan would still...
Fantastic Fan
We had our home completely rebuilt after a garage fire. We picked out new ceiling fans for every room. We selected this one for the main family room. Due to the high ceiling we used a 24 inch extension, this puts the fan blades at 103 inches from the floor. I have never owned a fan with curved blades before and boy do they make a difference. This fan puts out quite a bit more air than conventional flat blades do. As a result the fan is able to turn at slower speeds than the flat bladed models re...
