Tri-mount installation for downrod use with flat or angled ceilings (4.5-in downrod included) or use without downrod for lower ceilings.
Reversible motor allows for changing the fan direction seasonally to push cool air down in the summer, or distribute warm air evenly in the winter.

Comes with non dimmable bulbs
The fan is really nice. I paid for an installation with a dimmer switch and the lights stopped working after about 1/2 hour of being on. Turns out the light bulbs provided were not dimmable bulbs and they blew out within a short time frame. Odd because the fan itself is dimmable.

No switch housing cap available
Installed 2 of these fans to use without the light kit. These are the only fans we’ve ever bought that doesn’t supply a switch housing cap to replace the light kit and apparently they do not make a cap for this fan. We would have never bought it if we had known. Even the store employees were in disbelief that it wasn’t included/available. Harbor Breeze should rethink this decision or make it clear on the packaging that the light kit is the only option with this fan.
