What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the fan for its attractive modern design, easy installation, and strong airflow performance. Most highlight the stylish polished nickel finish, reversible wood-tone blades, and quiet operation right out of the box. Many report it moves air efficiently in small to medium rooms without vibration or noise. A few note light kit issues including defects or dimness, though this remains a minor concern. Overall, reviewers consider it an excellent choice for bedrooms and compact spaces.

It works really great and was easy to install and the air quality is great and there is no noise and all the lights work really well

Good, but….
The fan looks fine. The installation instructions leave out several key aspects of installation. I had to unbundle several wire groups to fit the wires within the fixture. Plus the lights change intensity with fan speed - nothing included about resolving this or the light intensity control.

Good fan - we thought remote was included
We picked out this fan from the display and found the box on the shelves. We wanted to make sure it had a remote and my wife found a note saying "control remoto" on the side of the box along with an image of a remote control. I agreed with her that we had what we wanted. After I installed the fan and tested it with the light switch, I started looking for the remote control to test it. I figured it must be in a recess somewhere in the styrofoam packaging and I missed it while unpacking the re...
Great fan!
I picked up this fan as a replacement for a kids room that transferred into a guest room. I was nervous abt the black blades at first, until i flipped the blades and noticed they wood grain side that was perfect and matched our bedroom set. This fan is quite easy to install, but i do have 2 super minor complaints. There is a downrod and the instructions say that there is no ability to flush mount. This implied to me based on the materials that i needed to use the short downrod. However afte...

Not as advertised
This says on the box that it can be adjusted to multiple different heights, but only has one option included. It's going back.

Lansing ceiling fan
The Lansing ceiling fan was a great purchase! Shipping was quick, and everything arrived in perfect condition, nothing damaged or missing. Installation was straightforward and easy to follow, which made the whole process stress-free. The picture/description is a little deceiving. I wasn't sure if I was getting the frosted glass light set or the amber colored, which is what I wanted. Thankfully I got the one I wanted. Once it was up, the fan worked beautifully, giving both great airflow and a nic...

Blade defect
after getting professionally installed there was a defect blade that tracked higher then the rest. the technician checked all parts (more that once). let's see if manufacturer will send a new blade. they already wanted me take down and return....cost money to take down and put new one up :(

Beautiful fan, painful install
This is an elegant fan. The simple design will provide a stark contrast to a light color room and fit in seamlessly. My only complaint is that the holes in the flush mount cover that attaches to the structural base don’t line up well. This made it impossible to mount without a spacer between the mount and the ceiling. Even then, the cover is made to hang temporarily on 2 screws so that you can slide the flush mount cover over the bracket and hang by the screws while you fix the cover in place wi...

DISCONTINUED
According to Customer Service and the Lowe's Harbor Breeze Customer Service this product is DISCONTINUED. I was going to buy the poorly designed master all in one light kit and fan control (with all of the switches and wiring) to replace a broken one. (Absolutely NOT available.) I was even thinking of buying another Lansing fan so I wouldn't have to install a new ceiling fan (still available for sale at my local store). But between the POOR DESIGN and it being discontinued, I guess I will go s...
