This fan is light kit adaptable (light kit is not included but is available under Lowe's item number 902266).
Suitable for indoor and covered outdoor locations.
At 52-in diameter, this fan is ideal for large rooms up to 400-sq ft.
Includes convenient pull chains to control fan speed.
Tri-mount installation for downrod use with flat or angled ceilings (6-in downrod included) or use without downrod for lower ceilings.
Reversible motor allows for changing the fan direction seasonally to push cool air down in the summer, or distribute warm air evenly in the winter.
The white fan finish complements your style in any room.
This fan provides a CFM of 5357 on high speed.

That the light is not included on the display.
This appeared to be a `bate and switch` It was displayed as a fan with a light and it did not state on the tag that the light had to be purchased seperatly.

Blades are thin plastic junk and snap off in wind
I bought 3 of these to replace old fans under my patio which had been fine for years but wanted to update style. They are rated outdoor/damp location. Blades keep snapping off when it gets breezy. They are thin plastic junk. Lowes supposedly carries replacement blades, item number 5652808. I have never seen them in stock. So I buy new fans and take the blades out to replace at high cost. Installation Nightmare
Shallow cut motor screws made installing the fan nearly impossible. Installing the blades onto the motor is performed while the fan is hanging from the ceiling. Poorly made, shallow cut screws provided for mounting the fan blades to the motor while standing on a ladder 7 feet off the floor made installation maddening. Fine fan for the price.
Fairly easy to install although attaching the blades to the armatures before attaching to motor as called for in instructions made them too unwieldy for me to attach by myself. Adding the blades last worked but a magnetic screwdriver would have saved me multiple trips on the ladder to retrieve dropped screws! I also needed to call a friend with electrical experience because the colored wires from the old fan didn't match exactly with the new fan wires.
