Works like a charm
Very simple to put up, came with everything I'd needed as someone who'd never put up a ceiling fan before. Was able to hook the fan and light to separate switches with ease. Quiet and strong.

Not quiet
We have two other Harbor Breeze fans and they are both silent. Which is why I bought this one to replace an older noisy fan in our living room. The motor makes an audible humming noise even on the lowest setting. I will return it.

I'm moderately handy and I wanted to improve my diy skills by installing this on my own. So I would rate this a 7 in terms of difficulty with 1 being extremely difficult and 10 being very easy. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. It might be ideal to have someone help with a few aspects of the installation such as holding it steady while you do the wiring. Delivery canceled on me several times throughout the week and I spoke to Corey concerning the issue bc I had to cancel work several times to fit their schedule. I wasn't called 48 hours as promised.
