Good Fan Terrible Customer Service
Bought 7 Harbor Breeze fans 4 years ago when I built my house. One of the Cooperstown fans quit. Lowe's said it was a Harbor Breeze issue and Harbor Breeze did not respond to emails or have any other form of contact. So the lifetime warranty is worthless since they don't respond to your warranty request.

Harbor Breeze ceiling fan with lights
This was the only 62 inch fan on the website. It was nearly identical to the fan I was replacing. However, the glass light fixture arrived broken. Luckily my son was able to install anyway using the old fixture. If he had not been able to do that I would be really annoyed. Customer service gave me $10 off the fan which was OK but not great. Wanted 10% off.

Missing screws
Fan is nice. Not that hard to hang. Was disappointed that after I got the motor up I noticed the screws to attach the blades weren’t in the box. Should have checked. Called support - they gave me the option to return the fan (no) or get the screws myself since they weren’t in stock. Did they know the screw size? Easy installation, but not same quality as Hunter
The fan was easy to install following instructions, but found one item did not come assembled as expected, which created an issue after all was done installing. The cap that goes over the rod on top of the motor did not have the grommet seated and there was nothing in the instruction advising to make sure it was. The Harbor Breeze Cooperstown Bronze 62" ceiling fan is so much prettier than it appears on the box. Installation was straightforward with no bumps in the road. Directions are very well done and easy to follow. We took things an extra step and added wall switches to operate the fan and the light separately. Just finished replacing a older 52" Harbor Breeze fan with the 62" Cooperstown Harbor Breeze in our Master Bedroom. We wanted more air flow throughout the room. Install was straightforward with a great instruction manual. Mounting the fan blades to the motor had its moments but it all worked out!
