Terrible customer service
I ordered this fan on January 1, 2026 with a projected delivery date of January 5. On the 5th Lowe’s delivered an attachment accessory for a Weber grill, NOT a ceiling fan. I called them the same day and notified them of the mixup. Initially they told me I would have to return the grill attachment to the Lowe’s that is about a 1.5 hour drive. Good air output and light but too loud
We have had bad luck with Hunter fans recently so we have Harbor Breeze a try for our main living room. We love that the light is brighter than what we preciously had and the fan puts off great air flow. The style even looks nice and it was decently priced. The biggest reason I don’t recommend this one is the motor is obnoxiously loud and distracting “whomp whomp whomp” bass sound.

Everything exceptl for fan speed
The fa was easy install. we like the look and size of it in our living room. What it lacks in fan speed. Even at its highest it does not circulate well. By comparison our other fan above our dining table has to be medium or less because at high it blows stuff everywhere. Need to Replace.

Unsafe! Glass shade over the light shattered!
Worked well for a year and a half. This morning the glass shade over the light randomly fell and landed on my son while he was in his room. He is ok but could have been injured. Glass went EVERYWHERE, tiny shards of glass are in every nook and cranny in the room.

DO NOT BUY
This ceiling light/fan hasn't worked right since I bought it. I contacted the company bc the light never worked--there were 2 out plugs to connect the led (a manufacturing issue), and the replacement they sent had the same issue. I was then told it was the motor and that I'd need to uninstall the whole fan to replace. Now the fan part doesn't work and I've only run it twice. It's a giant piece of junk. The company doesn't stand behind their product at all.

We had this fan professionally installed by an electrician in vacation home in a room with a cathedral ceiling.
