Hello. I purchased this fan and now when the light is turned off and the fan is turned on, the light will flash randomly several times in a row which is very annoying when trying to sleep with the fan on. I had to completely unplug the light portion of the fan to get it to stop. I sent you all a message on your website but have not heard back yet. How can i get a replacement light part so i can remedy this?

Pretty fan. I researched a long time to find a ceiling fan that would work in my home office. Harbor Breeze has always been a solid brand for me. I've had it for 7 months. The light kit stopped working at 6 months. I hoped it would magically start working again, but no. It was professionally installed and I do not believe there is an error in install or wiring. Stopped spinning after a year

The fan looks great and the remote is a nice feature, but the fan stopped spinning after about a year or so. The fan tries to spin, but it will just hum and won’t spin unless turned by hand. When it did spin, it was at a much slower rate than the other fans in the house that were the same exact model at the same speed setting. All the wiring looked good. Hopefully they can help with a warranty.

Good, but not worth the price

My wife picked this one out for its look. For something at this price under 52", I would have expected, if not smart control, at least dimming capability and light temperature adjustment. It pushes a decent amount of air, but the features are very basic. You even have to use a physical switch to reverse the fan direction. That is just ridiculous in 2026.

Install was difficult

The remote and receiver were difficult to get to sync. Also, the holes on the casing that covers the wires and the receiver at the ceiling were difficult to line up. My husband is a mechanic so he had to make an adjustment. You need two people to install this fan.

Lights Out

Bought two of these within the past year, one only 4 months old and both of the lights have gone out... would not recommend anyone that needs lights on their fans!

Terrible customer service

I ordered this fan on January 1, 2026 with a projected delivery date of January 5. On the 5th Lowe’s delivered an attachment accessory for a Weber grill, NOT a ceiling fan. I called them the same day and notified them of the mixup. Initially they told me I would have to return the grill attachment to the Lowe’s that is about a 1.5 hour drive. Good air output and light but too loud

We have had bad luck with Hunter fans recently so we have Harbor Breeze a try for our main living room. We love that the light is brighter than what we preciously had and the fan puts off great air flow. The style even looks nice and it was decently priced. The biggest reason I don’t recommend this one is the motor is obnoxiously loud and distracting “whomp whomp whomp” bass sound.
