I like the product but they're discontinuing it! There are no stores withing 70 miles of Palm Coast that have it in stock now. But the ones who are further away and have them have them in a clearance isle for $12.00. But you can't get replacement ones online without paying $50/each...even though they're clearing them out for $12. I’m still on the fence about these as they were on sale for $12.52 each so I picked up six boxes of them. I thought I read the fine print enough and had everything I needed but when I got home, I found out it needed a transformer to run as well. This 12 volt light is well made with a metal housing and not plastic which is rare these days. The lamp body is able to be tilted in many potions and held in place with a friction fit as opposed to tilt and clamp type of fitting. The light is a FLOOD light and not a spot light. I ordered this floodlight but I didn't realize it did not come with a power source. It needs a transformer as well as outdoor patio lights wiring. Nevertheless, I purchased an inexpensive transformer and outdoor wiring because I liked the build, toughness and quality of the floodlight. Apparently not weather proof
Installed 4 Last year. Color selection was great for the first Halloween and Christmas. Turned them to white after the Holidays. Tried to turn them to orange for this years Halloween only to find none of the colors worked on any of them. Had to switch all back to white. Garbage
Superb solid metal, versatile flood light
This HB flood light is an excellent option that is solid and well made. Seems to be solid metal with an easy flange to step on or push the spike down into the soil. Only item I’m skeptical about long term is the plastic lens covering the LED lights, but we’ll see. It’s bright with a multitude of colors. This requires a transformer, but due to the low wattage, you only need a small transformer unless you need lots of lights or super long distance.
