Hard worker

We used this power washer most all day right out of the box. First cleaning several throw rugs, then on the concrete walk and patio. The turbo nozzle really cleans concrete. The salesman at Lowes was very helpful in helping us choose .

I like the unit but the pressure hose could be longer to prevent having to move the washer so much. Seems to work as expected. I especially like that the washer stops when I release the handle.

Disappointed

So I read the reviews on this, but the sale price was enticing so I bought it yesterday. Went to use it and just like a couple of the reviews said, the soap box started leaking as soon as I put the detergent in, wasting half a bottle of cleaning soap. So why write a review if the manufacturer isn’t gonna pay attention to it….. This is a problem, it’s not just a fluke. I’ll call the company tomorrow to see if they can rectify the situation or according to Lowe’s policy, I can take it back with...

Garbage

I purchased this pressure washer on August 7 and within less than 20 days, it stopped working. This was the first issue the second being that there is a sale for hundred dollars cheaper than when I originally purchased it and now can I not even return it yet I have to go through the manufacturer and I’m out $100 that would not be price adjusted by Lowe’s.

no pressure after 3 min

just bought this yesterday, went to use it this morning and after 3 min or less no pressure and won't turn on, reset many times, still nothing taking it back today

Turbo Nozzle isn't functioning

We were excited to use these unit for numerous projects around the house. The first was to get the weeds out between brick pavers so we could re-sand between the pavers. We set up the unit, powered it on, tried each nozzle to familiarize ourselves but the turbo nozzle, which is supposed to be the most powerful, was doing a large, almost mist like spray, when we expected a jet. Plenty of pressure to do the jobs I have. Easy to assemble, easy to change tips, good variety of tips to choose from so it's right for the job. Compact, mobile, easy to move around. Good value for the money.

1900 psi electric pressure washer

so I wanted to be lazy today and ordered it from door dash. The pressure washer arrived and I unboxed it and in this process I noticed there was no owners manual as well as no pressure washer wand in the box! Oh man was i mad! So I had to return the item back to Lowes and get another. works great!

New one is much better.

I had the same one and burned out the motor by using a cord that was too small. The new one is even better. Thanks!!!
