Was excited to open the box after purchase. Unit assembly was pretty straight forward and simple for the most part. When I began to check out the PW I was disappointed to discover there was no shut off for the soap tank. If you want to use the soap tank, when you are done spraying your vehicle or siding you have to shut the unit off, drain the reservoir by tipping the unit on its side (since you can't remove the soap tank or there is no drain plug), then restart the unit just to rinse off what y...

style detergent system, so soap is only drawn when using the low-pressure/soap nozzle; switching to a higher-pressure tip will stop detergent flow without needing to drain the tank, allowing you to move from soap to rinse more easily. Unit shuts off upon startup
Was looking as this model to pressure wash our house with a lot of the reviews being good, but the bad ones are bad. I bought the 3 yr protection plan just to be safe and will see how the rest of the weekend goes. Like many of the other reviews state this pressure washer has issues shutting off on its own. After the first use just to test it out, it fired up then shut off after a minute and I had to reset the GCFI and unplug multiple times to turn it back on and seemed to work fine for 5 minut...
So far so good at washing cars. I like the trigger shut off. I added a 50 ft premium pressure hose which makes all the difference. A nice array of nozzles, one for car wash and others for stronger pressure washing. A quick disconnect on the pressure hose would be nice. I added a quick disconnect on the garden hose. I like its size and weight. I did not want it to take up much space and it's small and fits permanently on a shelf about 3 ft. high. I recommend for washing cars. Probably not enough ...
Solid power for electric
Easy set up/assembly. The vertical storage is great. Good pressure and flow for electrical power washer. I don't love the constant on motor when using it to wash the car, I don't know that it's necessary, but I feel like I need to turn it off while I scrub. The good news is it's one button, so turning it on and off is not a big deal.

Died on the second use with less than 2 hours of total runtime. It shut off mid-use and would not restart, even after checking power and using the built-in cord reset. Pressure was good while it worked, but reliability is very disappointing for a brand-new unit.

After unpacking (it was excellently packaged), unwinding the cord, water line, finding and inserting the appropriate nozzle, and reading the instructions, I carried it to my worksite (the rear deck).
