Observations from this to gas unit.

I purchased this to replace a 6 HP gas powered Briggs pressure washer. The two things this does better than the gas unit are, 1. it is easier to shut off and restart as one rearranges or moves to wherever you are cleaning and 2. you don't need to drain the fuel out of the carb when you are done and need to store it for a few weeks. For the gas unit, The 6 hp gas engine defiantly had more pressure, as there seems to be about 30% less force pushing back on your hand when you are using it. Also If...

Valve in wand failed, denied warranty

Used this 3 times. Valve in wand failed, unit won't stay on. States 3 year warranty. Denied warranty claim because they said the gun is "a wear part" and only has a 90 day warranty. The warranty in the manual does not state this. Unethical company, cheaply built with no warranty support. Run from these fools.

Great washer and great markdown price..

Haven't tried yet, bought cause wifey wanted it . Our neighbor has one not as strong as this and we love it. I know I'm going to be pleased with it. Had a very nice sales man help us get it down and load it up. Thanks for my military discount, it always helps.

Excellent for car washing.

I had been using larger roll around pressure washers, that had to stay outside and would break down all the time. This one is so compact and easy to bring inside, and made just for car washing. It did an excellent job on my cars this week!

Disappointing, couldnt return. Wouldnt assemble

Extremely disappointed and annoyed with this purchase. There were 4 different bolts/holes that were machined improperly and wouldn’t allow me to install the various pieces. Greenworks support sent me half of the replacement pieces and made me jump through hoops (videos, multiple photos, multiple emails) for the remaining piece that is still not rectified by them. Lowe’s wouldn’t let me return due to a 48 hours (???) return policy on pressure washers ( news to me ). As a pressure washer it is fin...

Issues after 3 days, unable to return

The unit has shut down and refused to restart without sitting for 5-10 minutes multiple times to simply deep clean a drive way. I purchased it 3 days ago and thanks to the 48 hour return window, I was unable to return it today in the original box with all accessories. The spray pattern on multiple nozzles is also very uneven- causing streaks on the ends of the spray and much lower intensity in the middle. I'm now stuck with the unit because of the terrible 48 hour return policy which evidently ...

Pleased

Was skeptical when I bought this but was pleasantly surprised. I have used gas power washers but will never go back. This had just as much power and no mess, easy to clean up. Don't second guess this purchase.

Failed after 3 months

I run a part time mobile detailing business as many of the customers that buy this. It was great until it died on me midway through a truck wash in the sun. I wasn’t upset because I know electric pressure washers never last. But.. The 3 year warranty is incredibly misleading. It involves jumping through many and many hoops. It is not worth it. Great power washer

Using this PW to detail vehicles and it's the perfect size on a mobile detail. Good GPM and accessories are good. Recommend replacing the foam cannon but for the price, solid deal.
