I have 2 of these the 1st generation which is still working fine and the 2nd generation which started to get a dark or shaded screen then it just got darker and started to blur out the background now you can't see anything. I hadn't even started using this new one until after a year after purchase so it's out of warranty. I loved using the nest hubs just wish both were working .

It took a bit to get it set up. Maybe I did something wrong but things were not obvious, little instructions, it was not connecting. But then it all magically worked.
