I've had relationships that lasted longer than this washer. Bought March of 2024, and immediately had problems where this thing was violently shaking-shaking so much that pictures in the hallway fell and broke. It was so loud in the spin cycle that I had to close my office door UPSTAIRS it was so loud. Had technicians come out twice to do a "software" update to fix the problem. It barely made a difference. Please don’t waste your money

I’ve purchased this washer and dryer 2 years ago. It won’t drain the water. We have checked the filter, checked the water pump, the pressure switch and everything seems fine. Just a nightmare. We are buyer products that are not lasting. We are buying products in this country that, regardless of the brand, break down far too quickly. Someone needs to do something about this because we are being shamelessly ripped off.

Best Front Load washer

Avoid, not recommended

I have filed 3 claims on this washer through the Lowes Service Plan in the last 4 months. For this last claim, I had to wait 8 days for a service appointment, and now I was told it will be 2-3 weeks before the parts arrive and I can schedule the next appointment to fix it. Since November, I have had more time with my washer not working than working. I would not recommend this product or the Lowes Service Plan.

Very Disappointed

Purchased this washer just under 2 years ago. Loved it until suddenly 2 weeks ago it began to sound like a UFO or plane during the spin cycle. In hind sight, it probably began to make a little more noise than usual with spinning about 3-4 months prior but it was subtle. All my research pointed to a bearing problem. Keeps breaking

We purchased this washer because of the capacity and special features. It has been a real disappointment to say the least. This washer broke less than a year after purchasing it, clothes were staying very wet, and it wasn't draining properly. Only lasted 654 days before we had to replace

I can't say enough about what a mistake it was to buy this washing machine. We purchased it in Feb. 2024 and it stopped working in Nov. 2025. The door latch never seemed to work properly. I would often start a load and the machine would signal that the latch wasn't closed, so I would have to lean against the door for the cycle to start. Lasted 2 years

This machine has been great for two years, but now the drum has become imbalanced so the it hits the walls of the washer creating a loud vibration and knocking noise. This also causes water to leak because the hoses connected to the tub are losing tightness due to extreme vibrations during the spin cycle. An axle bearing noise can also be heard during high RPM usage of the spin cycle. According to the repair company, to replace the drum and any axle parts will easily exceed 600-700. I'm so disap...

Great features but FAULTY PRODUCT!!

I am so disappointed in this product. After 2 years of having it, the apin cycle does not work. I called support for assistance and was told clean filter and this would fix issue. Initially it did spin, but the next load again soaking wet clothes. Now I have clothes just sitting in there wet. I have powered off and back on, overnight. Disappointing Performance

Cleaning performance is disappointing, especially if the Extra Rinse option is not selected. The filter design is poorly thought out - there is no practical way to clean it without water spilling and creating a mess. For a stackable appliance, basic service access is difficult; reaching internal components requires disassembling the entire top of the machine, which is impractical and user-unfriendly. Stopped working after just 2.5 years.
