Saved money on my electric bill- had a fridge that was 18+ years old. BUT, I have a repair person coming to fix a known issue, there is frost forming on the freezer along the door. So that is not great, it is only a handful of months old.

Don't like it
There is only 2 shelves my old Refrigerator had 3, I cannot get what I had in my old one in the new refrigerator accessibly. Capacity seems smaller than my old one as well. The space that the refrigerator takes up is also more than my old one. Lower drawers also do not carry the temperature to well.

It's a basic refrigerator. Based on the cubic feet capacity, I thought it would be the same as my previous refrigerator, but this one seems smaller inside. I struggle to fit things. I saw a couple of dents in the product upon delivery where the men who brought the refrigerator immediately took photos to see if I could get compensated for the damages that don't appear to alter the running of the machine. Broken 5 weeks post delivery
Lowe's cannot help because I failed to purchase their protection plan, so they send me to GE. 45 minute call to GE later and here's where they left it: The refrigerator is not working, blows hot air only, freezer works. No way to place a repair order because their system is down. Please call again when it's back up (maybe in 2 to 4 hours) and we'll be able to help you then (if the systems up). Perfect for my family of 5
I love my fridge. I like it better than the one i replaced and it was more up to date. This refrigerator provides enough space for my family of 5. Every one has their own space in the fridge and we could not make that happen with our previous refrigerator. This freezer is super cold. It’s doesn’t run loud and apparently doesn’t take much energy to run because I haven’t noticed a change in my utility bill.
