This frig style is the worst.

If you didn't have a sore back already, you WILL after using this frig for even one day. To put anything away or take it out, you have to bend over completely (I'm 5'3' so not tall) or squat down completely. Only food on the outside edge of the bottom 2 shelves is visible, despite the shelves being glass. poor cooling

Fridge side warms up by 10F before it starts cooling again, causing wide swings in temperature inside. None of the refrigerators I have owned previously to this had such wide swings. Probably not good for the food. Runs nearly constantly still. Has been installed and stabilized well over the 24 hours that the manufacturer recommends. Good Unit, Shelf Layout needs improving

Upon installation it took the unit almost 24 hours to stabilize at the desired temperature. Once at temp, it seems to hold quite well. This unit is somewhat noisier that the refrigerator that it replaced. OK overall, but some things seem "cheap"

Our second refrigerator (located in our utility room) went out after over 25 years. I struggled to find one of a similar size that could be delivered quickly, which is how I landed on this model. Good product. Poor communication and service.

Fridge seems to be working fine. It's spacious, nice layout, and overall, I like it. Tracking nad communication for actual delivery was excellent! Problem #1: I had to request a discount and was given a very small one because of anesthetic damage to the door which happened sometime before the deliverers opened the box. Store employees were amazing - delivery just so-so

The clerk who sold the refrigerator was amazing. She was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. The delivery was made on time. The guys got it in place and did an ok job of that. However, they did not unpack anything on the inside - none of the shelves were put in place, the packing around shelving was left - tape and all both in the fridge and the freezer. I paid an extra $79 for haul-away service when my new refrigerator was delivered, and it was a complete disappointment. Defective, Fridge stays at 45 degrees

Delivery was fine, until I couldn't find the knob in the fridge to adjust temperature. Called to get a new one, and they said they would have to send out a different fridge. Luckily I found it in the bottom tray on the door. I put my thermometers in to see when I could move my food over. bad delivery

The only thing I asked was for the delivery drivers to put it in my driveway. they put it on my front porch. The driver and delivery guy barely spoke English so I doubt they could read my instructions. I wouldn't recommend delivery ever.
