Bought this fridge because the layout was amazing and I was so excited to be able to organize everything in a nice, clean layout. I have owned this thing for 10 months and so far it has been nothing but issues. Works well as a fridge in general, and we really like the design, mostly. The 'drinks door' comparment is awesome (on the right side if you grab the handle by the 'trigger' it opens up to two beverage container trays, perfect for juice, milk, etc.) Has great capacity and good access to and visibility of everything in the upper compartment (no 'hidden areas' where food can be forgotten). We have had the refrigerator for about a month and it keeps the temp settings just fine. And one thing I love about this model is the separate meat drawer. I absolutely love this refrigerator! We purchased this in December and haven't had any issues at all. The water pitcher/dispenser feature may be my favorite thing ever.
