Terrible Quality and Service

We bought this fridge in January 2026. In June it stopped cooling. A service tech came on June 23 and indicated that it needed parts. Another appointment was scheduled for July 8th. The tech came today and said that the compressor also needed to be replaced. The earliest appointment was July 23rd. less than 1 year use and issues, stay away.

our new GE Profile $2800 refrigerator developed leak of freon/refrigerant and GE Support is 3rd rate, 5 days later tech arrives and is on the phone talking loud to another person or family member and is talking different language from another country, he determined that there is a refrigerant leak on the low end and that they will order 2 replacement parts and will take 2 weeks. New GE Prifile refrigerator

Bought a new GE Profile refrigerator. After a week, even the ice maker is still working. We love it. The back light really helps to illuminate everything.

Fridge is great, but Lowe's lied

I purchased the fridge and paid extra to be delivered the next day. It wasn't, despite the fact that it was agreed and paid for that service, and I had to call customer support and manage to get it delivered in two days. When the fridge arrived, it had huge dents in the back. Customer support agreed to deliver a new one with a discount. The new one was alright, but they acted as if the return was the discounted one, so no discount for me, despite calling Customer Support once again.

Two damaged refrigerators shipped

Lowe’s delivered me two damaged refrigerators within three days 5 1/2 years ago I bought an LG refrigerator from Lowe’s and that was damaged as well and had to be replaced. So far my experience with Lowe’s is they have a terrible three PL solution for delivering their products to customers and damaged is the standard. They have serious issues.

My kids just love this new refrigertor, easy to get in and out with the french doors.

Great Fridge!

I purchased this fridge because my daughter bought one after much research. I love the back wall lighting and the pull out drawer. The fridge has an abundance of room. The freezer is great too! I love the ice and water feature on the outside. Because the ice maker is in the door, you benefit from more capacity in both the freezer and the fridge, but you do loose some shelf space.

good refrigerator/ bad ice maker

The refrigerator looks good but doesn't make enough ice for a family of 5. also, the stainless steel was wrapped in plastic which is impossible to remove from the trim without using a box knife and one door is higher then the other. I don't recommend this refrigerator for the price.

Good but monitoring

The internal water dispenser and built-in jug are a game changer — sleek and out of the way. The interior is incredibly bright, storage is well thought out, and the middle drawer is a feature I didn’t know I needed. The freezer is surprisingly roomy too.
