Fridge is great, but Lowe's lied
I purchased the fridge and paid extra to be delivered the next day. It wasn't, despite the fact that it was agreed and paid for that service, and I had to call customer support and manage to get it delivered in two days. When the fridge arrived, it had huge dents in the back. Customer support agreed to deliver a new one with a discount. The new one was alright, but they acted as if the return was the discounted one, so no discount for me, despite calling Customer Support once again.

good refrigerator/ bad ice maker
The refrigerator looks good but doesn't make enough ice for a family of 5. also, the stainless steel was wrapped in plastic which is impossible to remove from the trim without using a box knife and one door is higher then the other. I don't recommend this refrigerator for the price.

Two damaged refrigerators shipped
Lowe’s delivered me two damaged refrigerators within three days 5 1/2 years ago I bought an LG refrigerator from Lowe’s and that was damaged as well and had to be replaced. So far my experience with Lowe’s is they have a terrible three PL solution for delivering their products to customers and damaged is the standard. They have serious issues.

2 Years 4 months and its dead
This unit only lasted 2 years and 4 months before going belly up. We went away for a few days and when we get home, my son comes to me asking why the milk is not cold and smells funny. I go look, and sure thing the entire fridge is room temp, and EVERYTHING in the freezer is melted/thawed. The fridge is pretty, and the lighting is great, but none of that matters if you have to replace it every 2.5 years. Not for $3k. Do not buy this fridge....run as far as you can.

Good but monitoring
The internal water dispenser and built-in jug are a game changer — sleek and out of the way. Look no further. You want this refrigerator.
Love the back-lighted wall as well as the spotlights. the half-door open on the right side is handy. Love the meat/cheese drawer in the middle without having to open both large doors to get to it. The dispensing system, water, ice, and neat ounces of water being received is great. The left side door is stiff to open and close, but I can't find a flaw in the engineering. Nice presentation in the kitchen.

Beware-This fridge has no leveling adjustment
I like the fridge overall. Delivered and installed today by Lowe's, but it's out of level from left to right. I pointed that out to the delivery team and they said the fridge is too heavy to level with the adjustable feet. Doesn't make sense to me, but I went back & forth with the installers and we even put 2 levels on the top of the fridge. Both levels showed it's out of level. So there's no question it's out of level, but it's surprising that this model can't be adjusted.

Big refrigerator with great options.
So far this refrigerator is perfect, the forth draw takes a little bit to get used too though. The back wall light is soooo nice the whole fridge lights up. Auto light on the door for water/ice comes in very handy if you are night owl. The softclose veggie drawers are over the top for extras. We have more room than what we need with this frigde.
