Terrible washing machine. Worst appliance
This washing machine sucks. Performance is terrible. It cancels loads midway through the wash cycle, no matter how garments or items are put in it, everything ends up tangled and on one side. So then you’re stuck pulling heavy, soaking wet clothing out of it just to rearrange them you can restart the cycle. Sometimes 3 or more times! It’s Wasting more time, energy and money. Short agitator and a little loud
The agitator is very short and the water does not cover the clothes entirely which makes it seem like items on the top are not getting any friction to get clean. It's also on the loud side. Not unbearable but for a new machine and newer technology I would expect it to be a little quieter. On the bright side, it' large and has multiple wash options.

Doesn’t get clothes clean
I do not recommend impeller washers. I purchased my GE PTW600BPR1DG in March 2025. I have purchased almost all GE appliances since my first refrigerator in 1997. Never a problem until this. The idea of having all the benefits of a front loader with a top loader seems like a great idea. It isn’t. In order to really clean clothes, they must turn over. Aesthetically, this machine is beautiful. It does wash well, I have no issues with cleanliness of my items. The BIGGEST issues are the noise level and even worse...when you wash sheets and towels they are completely soaked.
