From the way it is packaged, down to how easy it is to install, the product surprised me every chance it got. The spiral actually lays flat when not connected and I loved that because it wasn't stuck in one position then. I feel it brings a more modern look to my space. We have a curved ceiling/roof and this lays perfectly even without bringing too much attention to the curve.
