Our may tag washing machine quit working so we decided to get this one. Don't buy this washer
We have owned this washing machine for 1 year. It cleans well but the machine frequently goes off balance and then requires it to be unplugged for about 5 minutes so it will allow the lid to be opened to readjust the load. We frequently sit by the machine while the load is running to ensure it doesn't go off balance. We know very well how to use a washing machine as we are in our 80's and have had washers all our lives.

Lowes offers more bang for your buck.

Dishes was installed. Turned on next morning and it worked for 7 minutes and stopped. Gannett had a call back in over 3 days after calling several people and asking for help. They are supposed to call me for a time to come and look at it. It's now Friday 6pm. No service. We bought a new washer, paid for haul away and delivery. The only perk was free installation. I received this washing machine on July 14th. By July 26th the top loading washer door will not open and is stuck locked with a load of my clothes in it. I only washed five loads of laundry and I've already had issues with this washing machine.
