Works well but sometimes needs reset

I like the fairly easy install and the way it works with its own app or just use Alexa. The only reason not giving 5 stars is the limited amperage allowed. I would hesitate before putting too many lights on one Cync dimmer switch. Note that what is really neat about the Cync products is when you use several of them of various types and then can go to one app and control so much in your home. dont waste your money.

I boughtbthese for my older home with no neutral. The first one was broken (dead switch) out of the box. The second one hasn't lasted a year and is now completely dead. The programming, when the switch wasn't dead, is a joke. It decides when it does and does not want to work. A very big waste of money.

GE suggests using adapter.

Had previously bought the bulbs that were controlled the same way through the cync app, so thought I would try the dimmer. The dimmer comes with an adapter for a dimmable led bub. Had to use the adapter on one install, did not on the other. Adapter makes bulb too tall and protrudes from the globe. Not the greatest looking when in a set of three. Other than that works well

Led indicator too bright

Very high quality built, easy to install and unlike many products, it works without hassle. However, the led indicator is too bright and impossible to adjust or turned off. This is only downside and honestly inside bedroom is a big deal I wish with the high price tag it has, I could adjust or at least turn off the led indicator off

Great No Neutral option.

Easy install. Looks great on the wall with an alwats lit LED. I used this to control a set of 8 canless LED wafers. I did have to request a fixture adapter from GE to get them to not flicker at low light. They do not charge for these and ship them at request. The included bulb adapter will work for many situations.

Great Smart Light! Quick Installation, Easy Setup!

This product worked as expected. I bought it to provide additional smart lighting in my kitchen. It was easy to install, and easy to setup with the Cync app. It also seamlessly connected with Google. The added ability to use it to dim the light was super cool as well

A Solid Google Home Integration

The Cync Smart Switch is a solid choice for home automation. Setup was mostly smooth, and integration with my Google Home is seamless. Sometimes the app can be a bit slow, but overall, it's a reliable and convenient way to control my lights.

Great once operational

Easy to install, but I had a difficult time to get it operational. Once operational however, it is working great. I bought it so I could turn off the lights while watching TV or on my iPad and having a need for an afternoon nap. As a result I don’t have to get out of my electric controlled recliner and go 15 feet to flip the light switch off.
