Something isn't right!
This stove, along with a new refrigerator and dishwasher, was delivered to us on May 5, 2026. My husband had to install all three appliances because installation was not available. He had to change this stove from natural gas to propane use with the kit provided. Time consuming but not a big problem. The stove looks great, and since it took Lowe's 2 weeks from date of purchase, (April 16), to get these appliances delivered to us and we had been eating food cooked in crock-pot and on an electric...

Delivery issue; this order is STILL not complete
I paid over $1100 for this gas oven installation and haul away and they send installers who 'aren't certified to install a gas oven,' and I've wasted an ENTIRE day - my day and my tenant's - waiting for confirmation that they will return tomorrow to complete the job. UNACCEPTABLE.

Good and bad
Overall I like my new GE gas range, however I was surprised to find that the broiler is in a drawer under the range where the storage area was on my old stove. Totally inconvenient! You have to be almost sitting on the floor to operate and check anything being broiled which is all but impossible for those of us who are older. The stove may be a nice product, but I would shop elsewhere for it, especially if you have LP. I was told that this could be installed for me by an associate at Lowe's, and when it was delivered the delivery people could not do this. I wanted it returned, since I can't do this myself and it would cost a lot to get someone else out here to do it. The delivery guy was so rude and just said to call Lowe's after arguing with my that the stove flames were "supposed to look that way" after they spo...

DON’T PURCHASE!
I purchased a new home & this range came with the sale. I would have NEVER selected this range! Who thought it was a good idea to do away with the storage compartment & replace it with the broiler? Horrible place for the broiler! I won’t be trying to use it & unfortunately can’t replace it at this time. GE must’ve given the builder a great deal!
