I just got this fridge delivered last week so can’t talk about the long term reliability but so far I can’t say enough about how glad I am that I bought it. Replaced this with. The refrigerator was what we were looking for and on sale for $800 off. Only negative was having to wait 15 minutes for a salesperson, but Derek was very helpful when he arrived.

Are refrigerators supposed to be this noisy?

To be honest 3 stars is a stretch. It was warranty repaired twice in the first year. After two and a half years I had to replace it. It is one of the noisiest refrigerators Ive ever owned. Ordering process is not good

We wanted a GE Profile refrigerator with the ice maker and water inside and the color Slate. The model we wanted was on the floor, but was the wrong color. The Lowe’s employee who entered the order went to the refrigerator, opened the door, wrote down the model, and entered it in. Installation

Very poor installation. They basically set it in place and plugged it in. Took some outside protective film off but I had to finish and remove tape residue. They said they don't that and call service. Called service and they came out next day. In the mean time I finished cleaning outside and opened doors and all the drawers and shelves were still plastic wrapped. Spent a couple more hours unwrapping and installing drawers and shelves. Fantastic room!

This was a happy surprise. Our old refrigerator stopped cooling down and freezing. This refrigerator is just slightly smaller in size than the LG we had. INSIDE! Since the ice is being made in the freezer and the water is not in the door there is alot more room for everything! I love the storage on the doors and the freezer is the same size as my other freezer. I am quite happy with this purchase.

I love GE, but maybe they have gotten cheap.
