Burners gave out a day after the warranty!!!
We really enjoyed this range in the beginning after it was purchased and installed. One day to the date on the ticket, The two top burners gave out at the same exact time and when I called for a replacement part they said it wasn't covered because the warranty was over by one day!!! Then tried to order the parts to replace myself and the model number is not on the paperwork and is only underneath the item... So now I have to pay to have somebody take this apart for me because I'm disabled and...

LOVE my gas cooktop
I previously had an electric stove top and was happy with it til it didn't work any longer. I switched to gas in my home and I LOVE LOVE LOVE how well this stove top works! I'll be cooking more often. It's actually FUN now!

Backwards temperature control regulation.
The process for lighting and regulating the burners seems backwards. The process requires turning the valve counterclockwise to light the burner and then further to lower the flame. Most other stoves and cooktops are set up the opposite way. There is no mention of this in the manual and I was initially confused and a bit frustrated. I love the cooktop, but I’m giving this 3 stars solely because the installation process was unacceptable. I paid nearly $300 for installation at the time of purchase, yet no one bothered to come measure the cutout beforehand to ensure the cooktop would actually fit. That is basic due diligence. Garbage Quality
Had this cooktop for less than 5 years. Knobs are made out of cheap plastic and all but 1 cracked on the inside- so we couldn't turn the gas on. We rigged the knobs with zip ties to make them snug enough to turn the gas on. Also, the markings rubbed off in less than a year and aren't even legible. Finally replaced it with a better quality brand. Do not recommend.

A disappointment!
Stovetop stains easily and rust color marks are found after use. I had to scratch with my nail to remove it. A yellowish stain appeared after one use and does not go regardless products and effort. Cheaply made and absolutely would not buy or recommend. I am trying to get my builder to give me another model or make.

Nice unit, kind of a pain to install with oven dir
This unit looks very nice. The pictures make it look more of a cream color, but it is a nice white. Goes with our "standard issue" tract home countertop 6" white tiles. It mostly fit fine, but it wasn't a walk in the park. The issue I had is that the gas nipple that comes out of the bottom of the unit that you're supposed to hook up to is pretty long.
