I got totally cheated on the whole installation costs. I had to pay $165.00 for some kind of a valve replacement, then another $145.00 for having to make the burner space 1 inch wider to fit the new stove top and then I stopped asking what the next “extra” expense would be to drill a whole in the counter top to facilitate plugging in the unit. had stove top for a year. knobs keep cracking(cheap plastic) and you need to replace often. Burners stain very easily when cooking for a period of time and top scratches very easily(even when cleaning as per instructions).Reasonable priced, but get a better model if within your budget.

Burners gave out a day after the warranty!!!

We really enjoyed this range in the beginning after it was purchased and installed. One day to the date on the ticket, The two top burners gave out at the same exact time and when I called for a replacement part they said it wasn't covered because the warranty was over by one day!!! Then tried to order the parts to replace myself and the model number is not on the paperwork and is only underneath the item... Nice unit, kind of a pain to install with oven dir

This unit looks very nice. The pictures make it look more of a cream color, but it is a nice white. Goes with our "standard issue" tract home countertop 6" white tiles. It mostly fit fine, but it wasn't a walk in the park. The issue I had is that the gas nipple that comes out of the bottom of the unit that you're supposed to hook up to is pretty long. High performance gas cooktop.

I am highly inspired by GE gas cooktop. Its very durable and easy to operate. Highly recommend to freinds.

We weren't happy that the Cabinet Stove we wished to purchase wasn't available in the store. But understood why. However the product was delivered in less days thn promised. The Item Product is just was just what the job required. I was also disappointed that I could not use my military discount on this product

Backwards temperature control regulation.

The process for lighting and regulating the burners seems backwards. The process requires turning the valve counterclockwise to light the burner and then further to lower the flame. Most other stoves and cooktops are set up the opposite way. There is no mention of this in the manual and I was initially confused and a bit frustrated. Paid Twice for What Should’ve Been Included

I love the cooktop, but I’m giving this 3 stars solely because the installation process was unacceptable. I paid nearly $300 for installation at the time of purchase, yet no one bothered to come measure the cutout beforehand to ensure the cooktop would actually fit. That is basic due diligence. The installers themselves were excellent, but as they were installing, they saw the existing opening was a quarter inch too small. cooktop stainless steel covering very sensitive to scratches when cleaning as per recommendation. . Knobs are very cheap and will break very easily. Recommend a better quality material cooktop for every day cooking.

Just a very good product

I cant lie. We ALMOST always buy GE. We have cheated a couple of times, but GE has never let us down. Four children and seven grandchildren, we are always cooking and baking. Never had an issue with our GE appliances!!
