Title says it all. I replaced a 20 year old GE range expecting the same quality. I was wrong. The griddle is a waste of space on the cooktop considering how seldom it’s used. It’s also not cast iron and heats unevenly. The oven temp is inconsistent. Can’t recalibrate because the difference between the set temp and the actual temp is not consistent - lower temp setting has a lower difference than higher settings. Great Oven! Horrible Installation Company
We searched for a Gas Oven/Stove for our rental property that would be durable and dependable. Having a few large GE appliances, we felt this would be great. We've used it a few times and it works great. It was easy to find a replacement for the center grill - I didn't want the griddle. HOWEVER - don't use their installation company, CRST!! Poor quality control
This range should not passed quality control:The range has a defective bottom storage drawer that sticks out at least an inch on one side resulting in a drawer jam ,which is difficult to open. We have been waiting for over a month for this issue to be resolved. This is totally unacceptable. Quality problems
So to start, the stove itself is very nice. The air fry feature is excellent, the unit looks nice, and we like it. However, I had to do repairs that nobody should have to do on a new unit. After installation, I noticed that the control panel was loose and wobbled when you pushed the buttons. I knew immediately something wasn’t right. Amazing
I picked up this range myself and moved it in and installed it alone. It was really heavy and I recommend having help especially on stairs. It installed easily. I was thrilled with the 2 speed broiler. I have yet to try the WiFi and other neat features. I downloaded and printed out the user manual. A note here is that the back end is in Spanish so save paper and print only pages needed. Also be sure to read the part about the griddle plate before using. I has to cure. The wife loves it too.

I've only had the range for one week, but I'm rather disappointed with the oven. It takes forever to heat up and even then I question whether or not the temperature is correct. The first time I used it, I set the temperature to 350. The Preheat signal beeped after 7 minutes, but the oven was barely warm. We are a retired couple and purchased this Oven as a replacement for our old GE oven. We trusted the GE brand as we engaged with the industrial diamond division in our careers. GE has been a trusted brand and makes quality products that we purchased in this home. All of our kitchen items are working great after 15 years. The only reason we replaced the oven was due to operator error. We will continue to look for GE products when the next need arises.

We love our GE range but have two concerns. Only one of us can be connected to the wifi at a time. We both cook and going through the set up takes a while to reconnect. You can ONLY adjust the oven temp when baking by using the app. You cant adjust the oven temp manually.
