I'm 5 months in and this is the absolute worst appliance I've ever purchased! I bought this on a Sunday afternoon (1/4/2026) and it was delivered first thing the very next morning. Being that I live an hour away, I thought this was a great sign. I ignored the first red flags, dents and scuff marks on my brand new appliance during the delivery and set up. Problems

Within the first month the refrigerator was making very loud noises. By the time someone came to look at it and ordered the part (it took about a week for the part to come in) the noise stopped so they did not fix anything. Now it’s about 1. 5 months later and the we keep getting a “too warm” message. Had to buy a mini refrigerator and borrow a deep freezer while we wait for it to be looked at because food is spoiling and our ice cream was liquid. I would never recommend this brand.

Not what you expect from Frigidaire

We purchased this fridge November 2025. It is very spacious and fit our space. It would be nice to have more shelf spacing options. The unit is loud and runs continuously. UPDATE: May 27, 2026, fridge malfunctioned with fire and smoke shooting out from the bottom. Thankfully we were home and able to unplug immediately. Please share with the people who write the survey questions that went out very close to delivery date. I could not answer the question about whether the delivery associate told me to enter a 9 or 10. It is one thing to recommend with an “if” based statement, and another to ask or tell the customer to enter a 9 or 10. Lasted ONE year

Almost a year to the date the ice maker stopped working, of course right after the warranty expired. It’s a shame, it’s a beautiful sleek-looking fridge. But with three young kids I don’t have time to troubleshoot. For the money we spent, thought we’d at least get a few hassle-free years…nope!

Stay away from Lowe’s

I bought this refrigerator from Lowe’s.com, and it has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I've ever had. From the beginning, the refrigerator froze all of my food even while set to the recommended temperature. Nice exterior appearance but cheaper interior components
