Went for this to replace an older LG that died. Always loved Frigidaire so I sprung for the Profile Energy star unit. I got a lemon. It will not cool below 40+ degrees even set at lowest 33 degree setting. I bought extra thermometers, inside tests between 40-48, not acceptable. LOWES return window is 48 hours. Poor ice maker, cheap shelves, does not get cold
Bought this as part of a full matching kitchen set over a year ago and I should have returned them the day after they were delivered. The Ice Maker "works" unlike many others in the reviews, but it is one of the most brainless designs ever. Do not buy this item and do not buy it from Lowes. I received a defective unit and Lowes refused to exchange it. Be advised their return window is 48 hours. Do NOT buy - fridge CRACKS
Fridge on inside and outside started to crack just after 1 year warranty ended- or at least that’s when first noticed it! Pictures as proof. The inside storage baskets crack easily. The one pictured is a lower shelf we barely use but has a massive crack. Other cracks on shelf also. Absolutely horrible quality.

Very Poor Quality Control
The air filtration piece in the top of the refrigerator was not attached on one end. Upon closer inspection, it is a very bad design and should have been checked prior to being sent out of factory. When returning to the store, there were two models on the floor. One model was also loose and flopping around, the other was attached and solid at both ends.

Broken After Year and 5 months!!!!
Went completely dead -no warning- after a year and 5 months. Since I did not get the extended warranty I need to get it repaired. Frigidaire wants to charge me over $300 to get it looked at in a few days. According to them it was only manufactured in 2024. I had Amana for 30 years and never had a problem. Unfortunately, you can't find that brand easily.

Ice Maker
In April I have owned this refrigerator for a year. The ice maker has been replaced 3 times and the water valve once. It has broken down again as I write this. Seems the ice maker water supply line has frozen and the 1 watt heater will need to be changed to a 5 watt heater. It has been an unpleasant journey so far. The other features like filters for air and water are a plus.
