This is the nicest refrigerator I have ever owned. And I am 78 years old. My wife loves it. Just the right size for our home. The middle drawer is super convenient once you learn to use the 28 degree setting. Uncooked meats last several days, no need to freeze and the beer and wine are just to my liking here in Florida (cold!!). The smaller size does not stick out into the floor area as much as the 28 foot Samsung we had for 5 years before it died, and no one could fix it. Water filters are a bi...

I bought this and lasted only 2 weeks before it stopped working. Waited 2 more weeks for a technician to tell us we had to wait 2 more weeks for a part. After a month without a refrigerator we have to hope that this will take care of it, no guarantee. Lowe's has been zero help, so disappointed in the whole situation. Would have given 0 stars if that was an option.

I like my counter depth Gallery. It was an adjustment downsizing from standard depth. Everything is smaller! The bins, the depth of the shelves and the freezer. I am not sure how I could get 35 bags of groceries in it. The lighting is great no matter what area I am using. The water is better tasting and the little ice cubes last longer in Stanley cups. Worst Appliance and Worst Customer Support

My journey began 2 months ago. My one year manufacturer's warranty is up the last week of this month. 10 months after purchasing this unit the freezer stopped working. The ice maker (in the door) still works, the fridge still works, but the freezer is continually alarming "hi" at 56 degrees. I reset it, and it’s sounding its alarm hours later.
