Worst Appliance and Worst Customer Support

My journey began 2 months ago. My one year manufacturer's warranty is up the last week of this month. 10 months after purchasing this unit the freezer stopped working. The ice maker (in the door) still works, the fridge still works, but the freezer is continually alarming "hi" at 56 degrees. I reset it, and it’s sounding its alarm hours later. The repair people have been out 3 times. One of their guys replaced the fan motor even though he knew that wasn't the issue. He was trying to be helpful. ...

Love our new Frigidaire Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am very pleased with this appliance. I am adjusting to a shallower fridge (counter-depth), but there is still plenty of room. The only feature that isn't great is the snack drawers. They are very slim, and not very deep (front to back). It is difficult to reach the back of them. Perhaps I will find something that fits perfectly, but I haven't yet.
