Noisy, Rep says normal - buyer beware of noise

Very Poor Quality Control

The air filtration piece in the top of the refrigerator was not attached on one end. Upon closer inspection, it is a very bad design and should have been checked prior to being sent out of factory. When returning to the store, there were two models on the floor. One model was also loose and flopping around, the other was attached and solid at both ends.

Went for this to replace an older LG that died. Always loved Frigidaire so I sprung for the Profile Energy star unit. I got a lemon. It will not cool below 40+ degrees even set at lowest 33 degree setting. I bought extra thermometers, inside tests between 40-48, not acceptable. LOWES return window is 48 hours. Poor ice maker, cheap shelves, does not get cold

Bought this as part of a full matching kitchen set over a year ago and I should have returned them the day after they were delivered. The Ice Maker "works" unlike many others in the reviews, but it is one of the most brainless designs ever. A loose bucket that moves freely so that ice cubes fall behind it and then cause a build up blocking the switch from crushed to cube. Do NOT buy - fridge CRACKS

Fridge on inside and outside started to crack just after 1 year warranty ended- or at least that’s when first noticed it! Pictures as proof. The inside storage baskets crack easily. The one pictured is a lower shelf we barely use but has a massive crack. Other cracks on shelf also. Absolutely horrible quality.

Not only does Lowes only give you a 12 hour delivery window. They will change delivery date last minute. Confirmed my June 5 delivery date via text message from Lowes on June 2.
