Worst Fridge Ever!

I bought this fridge in July, 2025, and from the moment it was installed it was LOUD. Apparently, that’s supposed to be normal. I’m talking about it being so loud that we can hear it upstairs. OK fridge, but no deli drawer is a drawback

Be aware that this fridge does not have a deli/meat drawer. I also had a difficult time calling Frigidaire to find out if I could get a drawer that would fit. First time the call-back came hours later and from someone who could not find my model number in her system. Narrow, deep storge

We have this one in our kitchen. I'd rather have an over-under than this: most of the storage space comes from shelf depth, which is impressive, but the narrow width makes shuffling items mandatory for retrieving a lot of the things from within it. Noisy, and a lot of wasted space in this

This is fridge is very cheaply made-although I guess you get what you pay for. The shelf configuration is terrible. I would be happy to 'buy' extra shelves, but as far as I can tell, you cannot add them to the huge space in the middle of the fridge above the crisper Where there is an obscene amount of wasted space here, and it does not allow maximum storage in the fridge. Struggling to get it returned

Technician was unable to repair issues under warranty; seeking a return with no luck so far. 

Lost a whole day, missing income from work for the first technician to come out. They would not give a 4 hour window as requested nor contact me 30 minutes ahead of time on their way out as they said they would. Tech ended up showing at the end of the day.

Best Seller For A Reason

I recommend you look at the refrigerator in-store to make sure your measurement of height and width will fit without having to make cosmetic changes when don't need to. Other then that, it just got delivered and plugged in so I'll let you know in 10 years how this refrigerator actually stacks up to the prior one that lasted us 27 years. As for now, it is a beautiful and very nice fridge.

Ice maker issues

The water line to the ice maker keeps freezing and the appliance was purchased a little over a year ago. Fridgedair manufacturer warranty customer service is terrible and the extended warranty is purchased doesn't go into effect for another 10 months so my claim was denied.

Two Refrigerators are Better than Two

We bought this refrigerator to replace a similar model that was almost 30 years old. Yes, it was a Frigidaire and still running when I had to unplug it to make room for the new one.
